What makes Skout so special?

Okay, so we may be a little biased, but in our opinion you couldn’t wish to work with a better bunch! We’re a mixed bag of ages, personalities, skills, interests and Netflix favourites. Find out more about what makes working at Skout so special below.

What makes us different

What we stand for

Openness creates opportunities

As a team we have the integrity to deliver on our promises, fostering trust in everything we say and do. As an employer we create an environment to nurture honest and open conversations and actions. For our clients we are not afraid to speak out to help them achieve their goal.

A brand we believe in!

In the summer of 2021, we teamed up with Rumba Tiki Lounge in Macclesfield to create a special cocktail to celebrate the launch of our new brand!

Our brilliant, bright new brand colours and gradients reminded us somewhat of a tequila sunrise cocktail, so, after an excitable brainstorm, we thought what better way to celebrate the launch of our brilliant new brand than with our own bespoke cocktail! Watch it being created below.

This month, we’re celebrating 12 years of Skout (yes, we’re nearly a teenager). To mark the occasion, we thought we’d sit down with the man himself, our founder, Rob Skinner.   The story of Skout started all the way back in 2010…David Cameron became UK prime minister, Prince William and Kate Middleton announced their engagement, and Apple released the iPad....

Participating in transparent discourse around mental health is fundamental to this and, as a business, we recognise our responsibility to engage in these conversations to ensure we are...
This year’s International Women’s Day theme is ‘Choose to Challenge’. IWD explains, ‘We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements. Collectively, we can all help to create an inclusive world. From challenges comes change, so let’s all choose to challenge’.  With that in mind, we wanted to share the stories and achievements...
