We recently posted a blog on why SMEs should enter industry awards and how as B2B PR specialists, we see it as an important part of the marketing mix. So a massive congratulations to our client, Manchester-based Wax Digital who has been announced as a finalist in this year’s National Business Awards.
With customers including Nissan, Weetabix and Virgin Active, Wax Digital is a provider of eProcurement software and has been shortlisted in the BlackBerry Business Enabler category. The category is open to any organisation that helps other businesses increase their operational efficiency, expand their customer base or engagement, become more innovative and competitive and empower staff to become effective.
Paul Ellis, managing director, Wax Digital said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted in this category. Our software, web3 enables many organisations to make better buying decisions, simplify the procurement process from the sourcing of supplier through to purchase to pay and make significant cost savings.
“Being shortlisted in this category is testament to our commitment to developing web3 to meet the demands of professional buyers, while retaining an intuitive, easy-to-use design.”
Other categories in The National Business Awards include The Croner Employers of the Year, The Smith & Williamson Entrepreneur of the Year and Santander Small to Medium- Sized Business of the Year.
We’re delighted Wax Digital has been shortlisted in these awards and we’ve got everything crossed for the award ceremony in November.
