Trio of B2B tech client wins and international success for Skout

Skout celebrates a trio of new clients this summer adding to its growing tech sector portfolio and has also extended its team into mainland Europe and the US.

Skout has been appointed by Warrington-based hospitality WiFi provider Airangel to create a PR programme that will support the company’s new growth strategy, increase its channel based sales and enter markets such as the expanding private rentals sector. Airangel’s investment in PR and marketing comes after the company recently secured £1.7m overseas development funding along with two acquisitions including the cloud managed wireless solution provider Captivnet.

Skout is also working on integrated content and PR campaigns with North Wales-based Cleardata UK Ltd, a leading UK document management company offering document scanning, archive storage, data capture, mail room operations and document processing services to blue chip companies throughout the UK.

Recently, Skout has also delivered a campaign to IT solutions and management specialist CORETX. Targeting senior IT directors the campaign focused on promoting the company’s IT lifecycle management services and the relaunch of its new lifecycle facility in Kent.

In addition to these new wins, Skout has also renewed its contracts with international technology clients, Rotterdam-based Sana Commerce and UK and US based Teneo. Skout has extended its team into three European territories and New York to support this.

Claire Lamb, director at Skout comments: “Over the last 12 months we’ve invested heavily in promoting our B2B technology expertise and it’s great to see this starting to pay off in the form of business growth.

“We have an amazing heritage in the B2B tech PR sector, which we’re now seeing more and more technology companies taking advantage of as they seek an integrated PR and marketing approach to not just to build their brand but support lead generation, digital marketing and SEO. This is where our real strengths lie.”
